We've all looked in the mirror but what we see is different. (I know that I'm setting up for some deep shit but shhhhhhzhhhhhhh). I see something that sleeps and eats "healthy" but can't get rid of the bags under their eyes. My problems and self image definitely differ from yours, but what you see can bring you up, down, left, right, forward, back, and all around. So if what you see saddens you then take a seat , a walk , a lounge and breath. See what in you is so terrible and figure out why. Accept it or be rid of it ( do not harm yourself or others if that is your solution to riding yourself of "it"). Cause it's not good to brood and fester
